For many individuals, the cancer journey in regional communities can be isolating and challenging, often requiring travel away from home and relying on support networks to access care. This event aims to highlight how we, as local health professionals, can work together to improve access, enhance patient outcomes, and keep care closer to home wherever possible.
Hear from a diverse group of local practitioners delivering services that support individuals throughout their cancer journey. Through shared insights and practical discussion, this evening will provide valuable learning opportunities while strengthening professional connections to better support our communities.
