Brooke drives ag tech adoption, youth engagement, and capacity building across regional and remote communities.
Raised on her family’s farm in Molong, NSW, Brooke blends deep-rooted practical experience with forward-thinking strategy, empowering the next generation of agribusiness professionals through education, digital capability, and collaborative industry leadership.
In addition to her work with BRALCA, Brooke is the host of the Business with Brooke podcast, where she shares unfiltered insights and conversations with changemakers in rural and regional Australia. She has also been featured on Beyond the Paddock, further solidifying her role as a powerful voice for modern agriculture and regional innovation.
Beyond her professional impact, Brooke is a passionate advocate for women’s health in rural Australia. After facing significant health challenges including endometriosis, infertility, and multiple surgeries before age 25 she now uses her story to break the silence and stigma around women’s health, especially in communities where resources are limited. In 2025, she co-hosted the first LetsChatEndo event in Orange, creating a safe, supportive space for women navigating complex health journeys.
A sought-after keynote speaker, MC, and panel contributor, Brooke is widely recognised for her authenticity, resilience, and leadership across two critical fronts regional advancement and women’s health advocacy.
