Glenn Many is the Managing Director and co-founder of Many Fabrication & Engineering (MF&E). Established in 2013 alongside his wife, Katie Many, Glenn has been instrumental in developing MF&E into a trusted provider of metal fabrication, engineering, fitting, and machining services across regional NSW.

Under Glenn’s leadership, MF&E has become known for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. The company offers comprehensive services, including custom fabrication, mobile welding, project management, and labour hire, catering to industries such as mining, agriculture, and civil construction.

Glenn’s contributions have been recognised through several accolades, including being named the Outstanding Young Business Leader for the New England North West region by Business NSW in 2021. He was also a finalist for the Young Indigenous Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Supply Nation’s Supplier Diversity Awards.

Beyond his business endeavors, Glenn is a Committee Member of the Gunnedah Chamber of Commerce, a Member of Business NSW, and serves as a Regional Advisory Councillor for Business NSW.
