Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for a General Committee Member position, applicants must:

Be between the ages of 16 and 35 years old at the time of application.
Be currently employed, studying, undertaking a traineeship/apprenticeship, or actively involved in a professional or business field.
Have an interest in professional development, business networking, and community engagement.
Be willing to contribute to the planning and execution of initiatives that align with Next Gen’s mission.

I have a strong interest in advocacy and community engagement.

Committee Participation & Responsibilities

As a General Committee Member, you will:

Attend regular committee meetings (monthly or as required).
Contribute to the planning, organisation, and execution of events, projects, and initiatives.
Help promote Next Gen initiatives through your professional network and community engagement.
Work collaboratively with other committee members to support the goals and strategic direction of Next Gen.
Represent the interests of young professionals in Gunnedah.
