The Gunnedah Chamber of Commerce invites businesses, industry experts, and professionals in motorsports, automotive, mining, mechanics, fabrication, transport, agriculture, safety, and more to exhibit at Meet the Speed – an electrifying event during the Weeks of Speed Festival.

Meet the Speed – Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

By submitting this Expression of Interest, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


Bump-In & Set-Up

  • Exhibitor bump-in commences from 3:00 PM on event day (Saturday, March 22, 2025).

  • All exhibitors must be fully set up and ready by 4:30 PM to ensure a smooth event start at 5:00 PM.

  • Late arrivals may not be permitted to set up, subject to event logistics and safety considerations.


Exhibitor Commitments

  • All exhibitors agree to maintain their display for the full event duration (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

  • All demonstrations or interactive activities must be conducted safely and in compliance with event guidelines.

  • Exhibitors must not pack down before 9:00 PM unless otherwise directed by event organisers.

Bump-Out & Liability

  • All displays, vehicles, and equipment must be removed post-event unless prior approval is given.

  • Any vehicles, displays, or equipment left on-site after event closure are at the exhibitor’s own risk. Gunnedah Chamber of Commerce and event partners accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft.

  • Exhibitors must ensure their space is left clean and free of debris after pack-down.

General Conditions

  • The event is family-friendly, and all exhibitor materials, branding, and displays must be suitable for a general audience.

  • Exhibitors must comply with all Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations, including ensuring a safe environment for attendees.

  • The Chamber reserves the right to reject or remove any exhibitor who does not comply with these terms or presents a risk to event safety.
