Gunnedah Physical Culture Club Inc.

Physical Culture is designed to develop strength, good posture, grace and flexibility.  These elements teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm, self discipline, co-ordination, balance and musical interpretation.  A combination of gymnastics, ballet and aerobics.

Physical Culture is suitable for participants from four years up to any age.  Comfortable exercise attire is required eg. a leotard.

Competitions are not compulsory though encouraged, as team competitions develop a strong sense of belonging, club spirit and loyalty.


Dates for 2007

2nd and 3rd weekends in August. 
Zone competition in Tamworth on 3rd weekend in October. 
State finals in Sydney at Homebush State Sports Centre. 
Interclub to be held in Gunnedah on 11-12 August.
