3. Customer Service Award (Individual)
As voted by the Gunnedah locals.
Open to all businesses. Criteria for consideration: good general knowledge of community including events, tourism attractions, people skills, product knowledge, awareness of customer expectations, willingness to assist and excel.
4. Small Business Award
As voted by the Gunnedah locals.
This award is only open to businesses with less than 10 FTE staff.
5. Large Business Award
As voted by the Gunnedah locals.
